“Since 1979, I have woven my family and profession into the fabric of the community,” Campbell said. “I will bring a willingness to remove corruption to the Iowa Senate. The current senator is not bringing any eminent domain legislation to the Senate this year. A vote for Campbell for Senate is a vote for private property rights.”
Campbell is concerned about the utilization of eminent domain for the carbon capture pipeline projects. Republican Sen. Waylon Brown, who currently serves District 30, has chosen to protect his caucus rather than his constituents and their private property rights.
“Private property rights are fundamental to Iowa and the ideas of America,” Campbell said. “I support Iowa farmers, ethanol, private business, and private property rights. While serving on the school board, I had the experience of discovering and removing financial corruption from our local school system. I will do the same thing at the state level, and we will hold those in power accountable regardless of their political party.”
