CHARLES CITY – A Charles City woman was arrested after police investigated a fight.
The incident took place on October 20, 2019. Officers with the Charles City police department happened upon subjects fighting at 1:55 AM that morning in the 800 block of North Main Street. As result of an investigation, police arrested 28-year-old Samantha Rucker of Charles City for disorderly conduct. She was taken to jail and soon bonded out.
Rucker entered a not-guilty plea and awaits a trial set for November 22.
