IOWA CITY – Carl Thomas Robinson was pronounced dead due to an unexpected medical issue at 2:53 p.m. on Monday, January 7, 2018 at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinic. Robinson was 23 years old at the time of his death.
Robinson had been serving a 5-year sentence for the crime of Sex Offender Registration Violation- 2nd Offense from Appanoose County. His incarceration began on December 11, 2017.

So if it weren’ for these bogus laws chances are this guy would still be alive. Condolences to the family.
