CHARLES CITY – A Mason City police officer received a thank you note while helping to keep order in Charles City during the RAGBRAI event.
The Mason City police department reported today that one of their officers was given a note of gratitude Wednesday, July 26, 2017 as the RAGBRAI bicycle event listed Charles City for the day.
According to the MCPD:
“One of our officers received this note and challenge coin while helping with RAGBRAI today in Charles City. We have appreciated the support of the RAGBRAI community as people have shared their gratitude for our service over the past couple of days in Clear Lake and Charles City.”
Mason City police also were on the scene the night before in Clear Lake helping to keep order.
