NIT – Jeb Bush was busy Monday trying to laugh off a mistake he made on a voter registration form.
According to published reports, in a 2009 voter registration application, Bush marked “Hispanic” in a field on the ap labeled “race/ethnicity”.
Bush is most certainly a Caucasian man – but his wife is from Mexico and thereby his son, Jeb Bush Jr., is half Latino. He is a virtual lock to run for president in 2016.
“My mistake! Don’t think I’ve fooled anyone!” Bush exclaimed via Twitter on Monday.
Will his goof haunt him in the race for president?
