MASON CITY – Iowa governor Terry Branstad and his re-election campaign made a stop in Mason City Friday.
As part of the “Building Iowa’s Future” tour, Branstad was in Mason City at the Music Man Square along with Lt. Governor Kim Reynolds. The day’s stops earlier included Dubuque, Cedar Rapids and Waterloo.
The governor earlier lat week announced his re-election bid. His campaign has over $4 million on hand. He is being challenged by Iowa legislator Jack Hatch.
