Fire reported at Behr Iron & Metal

MASON CITY – A fire was reported at a rural Mason City business early Tuesday.

Cerro Gordo deputies responded to a call about a fire at Behr Iron & Metal, 12050 State Street , in southwest Mason City at 5:06 AM.

Upon arrival, deputies discovered that an employee was exhausting the fire. No details on the amount of damage were released.

Clear Lake Fire assisted on scene.
