MASON CITY – The following are the expenses paid by Cerro Gordo county and Board of Supervisor meeting minutes for the period ending on May 6, 2024:

The Board of Supervisors of Cerro Gordo County, Iowa, met in special session pursuant to adjournment at
8:30 a.m. Present: Chairperson Lori Meacham Ginapp, Vice Chairperson Chris Watts, Supervisor Casey Callanan, and various members of the public.
Watts moved with Callanan seconding, to approve todays agenda and striking item 3.B – IT – Review Boardroom Technology. Motion passed unanimously.
Public comment session was held.
Callanan moved with Watts seconding, to approve the Grant Application from Community Development Fund. Motion passed unanimously.
Callanan moved with Watts seconding, to adjourn at 8:37 a.m. Motion passed unanimously.

The Board of Supervisors of Cerro Gordo County, Iowa, met in special session pursuant to adjournment at
9:15 a.m. Present: Chairperson Lori Meacham Ginapp, Vice Chairperson Chris Watts, Supervisor Casey Callanan, and various members of the public.
The purpose of the meeting was to receive an update from the Conservation Director regarding the Prairie Land Trail and an update from the IT Director regarding the boardroom equipment.
With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 9:33 a.m.
