CHARLES CITY – A Charles City woman was arrested for domestic abuse.
Tanya Phelps, age 20, was taken to jail by Charles City police on December 3 after officers were called to the 400 block of 4th Avenue to investigate a domestic situation.
Phelps was released from jail the next day. A no-contact order was imposed. She will face a hearing on December 15, 2014.
