MASON CITY – The Iowa State Patrol stopped a Mason City man Sunday night and arrested him for drunk driving.
Christopher Huebner, age 31, was pulled over at 13th Street and North Penn Avenue Sunday at about 9:00 PM. A Cerro Gordo deputy assisted in the stop. Huebner was charged with operating while intoxicated and taken to jail. He posted $1,000 cash/surety bond and was released.
Huebner was convicted of operating while intoxicated in 2005; he was also stopped by the Iowa State Patrol in that case.
