KENSETT – Around 8:00 a.m., person was struck by a burgundy GMC Chevy truck on Raven Avenue in Worth County 1 mile north of Kensett.
Air Med was dispatched but later canceled, Worth County Sheriff called in as fatal. Preliminary report was that it was a child.
The truck left the scene southbound on Raven Avenue before turning east bound on 400th Street.
Later in the morning, before 9 a.m., Worth County sheriffs located the vehicle involved in the accident.
