ROCKWELL – A Rockwell man’s Honda Accord was severely damaged when a careless teen barreled through a stop sign and plowed into it this week.
Rockwell police report that on February 5, 2025, at approximately 5:00 PM, the Rockwell Police Department responded to Madison Street East and (Pheasant) First Street South in Rockwell for a two-vehicle collision.
A 2006 Chevy Silverado Pickup truck, driven by a juvenile Rockwell resident, failed to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way for a green 2002 Honda Accord driven by 43-year-old Jesse Colson of Rockwell.
As a result of the poor driving of the youngster, the Chevy Pickup struck the passenger side of the Honda Accord causing significant damage.
Neither driver was injured and both vehicles were able to be driven away, police said.
