The Bertha Stebens Foundation is a tax-exempt charitable foundation, created under the Will of Bertha Stebens. Its purpose is to benefit and improve the lives of residents of Mason City and Cerro Gordo county. It issues grants to organizations to which contributions qualify as tax-deductible under federal income, estate and gift tax laws.

The foundation’s trustees are Scott D. Brown (President); Greg C. Nicholas (Treasurer) and Todd A. Blodgett (Secretary).
