Being a drug addict should not be a felony. They just didn’t even consider the woman had any part to play in distribution? And whatever happened they didn’t have a gun. Weren’t trying to hurt anyone, and probably got the warrant from an undercover posing as someone from out of the area. Meanwhile people are dying on the other side of the border from guns we supply them with.. but whatever. You know how much money it costs to send people to prison for a year? You know how much it costs for them to get a dumb job and got to work everyday whether or not they use drugs or not daily? Alot ducking less. All that happened here is make the problem worse. Than it is. But you want the government to have less power or more? it’s a horrible drug. Right? Prescribed to children more than anyone. ..oh yeah that part.
Now, the cops have done their job. From here on out, it rests with the County Attorney and the Judge to do theirs.
