CLARKSVILLE, IOWA – A Clarksville woman used credit cards without permission, leading cops to take her to jail.
On July 1, 2021, the Clarksville Police Department investigated a report of theft by card. During the investigation, it was discovered that Pamela Curtis, age 24, of Clarksville used credit cards belonging to another without expressed or implied permission. The charges on the card(s) were in excess of $1,500. Curtis was charged with Fraudulent Use of Credit Cards – Class D Felony and was booked in the Butler County Jail where she will see a magistrate.

She also submitted a fake certificate of service in Blackhawk county, she forged the sheriff of Charlotte County Florida’s (William Prumell) signature on it and submitted it so her Ex husband wouldn’t get notified about the trial.
same woman who just lost custody of her child to her husband, apparently she disappeared from Florida to Iowa without the fathers knowledge, DCF of Illinois took the child and returned him to the father, she forged documents from DCF and tried to use them during the custody battle, lied under oath multiple times, then after losing the battle tried to have get the judge in trouble, her married name is Pamela D O’Hara (that’s what the trials are under) and she started using her Maiden name Pamela D Curtis afterwards.
I hope she used the money for dental work.
