County volunteer retires, is honored with certificate

MASON CITY – A Cerro Gordo county volunteer retired this week and  was honored with a certificate.

Jack Davis stepped down this week after 23 years as a volunteer serving on the Cerro Gordo County Board of Adjustment, which is comprised of 5 citizen appointees on 5-year terms.

Mr. Davis was presented with a certificate by Cerro Gordo county supervisor Chris Watts on behalf of the Board of Supervisors.
