FORT DODGE – Cerro Gordo GOP chairwoman Barbara Hovland and co-chair Chadd Blanchard attended the Iowa GOP 4th District Executive Committee Meeting on Saturday, April 29th in Fort Dodge.
Guest speakers included District 4 Congressman Steve King, RNC Committeeman Steve Scheffler, RPI co-chair Cody Hoefert.
“Proud to represent Cerro Gordo County at the Iowa GOP 4th District Executive Committee Meeting,” Mr. Blanchard, of Rockwell, said via social media after the event. Mrs. Hovland told NIT she is “Proud to represent Cerro Gordo” county.
New officers were elected; the 4th District Executive Committee is Chair Jesse Wolfe, Vice Chair Shaun Broyhill and Secretary Kay Rice. Gwen Huldeen Ecklund, President of the Iowa Federation of Republican Women, chaired the meeting.
As republicans they have what you can call common sense and an education that was earned – unlike most democrap liberals whose major in college was basket weaving .
Funny. I wouldn’t call it ability to accessorize. She is totally known for being quite gawdy and tacky actually. Like a woman from the eighties who would drive a PT cruiser. Looks like she heard the same thing, toned down the gawd, at least this day. But what is the thing she is wearing now? Did she rip the sleeves of a man’s suit coat? My opinion.
