Football: Cyclones sign another highly-rated D-lineman in Ray Lima

AMES – The Iowa State football program added one of the nation’s top junior college defensive lineman with the announcement that three-star defensive tackle Ray Lima has signed with Iowa State.

Lima, who had multiple offers from “power five” schools, is ranked as the 58th-best junior college player nationally by 247Sports and Scout. Lima redshirted in 2016 and will have sophomore eligibility when he enrolls at Iowa State for the spring semester of 2017.
