MASON CITY – A Mason City woman was jailed for a domestic assault early Monday morning.
A disturbance was reported to police Monday morning at about 4:23 AM. Officers arrived at 317 5th Street NW and after an investigation, Rochelle Kaye Massingill, age 44, was arrested.
Massingill was charged with 1st offense domestic abuse assault. She was taken to jail, booked and released pending a non-jury trial set for September 30.
