
MASON CITY – Law enforcement was called to a Mason City bar just before 2:00 AM Saturday morning to deal with a “large fight” and arrested three men.
Mason City police along with Cerro Gordo deputies responded to what was described as “large fight” involving a number of patrons at Tailgaters bar, located at 627 South Federal Avenue. After law enforcement separated those involved, three Mason City men were placed under arrest.
Joshua William Duitscher, age 30, was charged with disorderly conduct, public intoxication and interference with official acts. He was taken to jail, booked and released on his own recognizance.
Nicholas Paul Clark, age 29 was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication. He was released on his own recognizance.
Jared Michael Clark, age 21 was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication. He pled guilty and was released.
