MASON CITY – Felony theft. Third degree burglary. A deferred judgement. Then, a probation violation and months on the lam. North Iowa’s revolving door of justice keeps turning.

A Mason City man wanted since March was located Monday by Cerro Gordo county deputies and taken to jail. Trey Michael Stack, age 19, had been wanted since March for violating probation in connection with deferred judgements he was given by Judge Annette Boehlje last October for third degree theft and felony third degree burglary. He is being held on $7,000 cash-only bond.

Stack had also been assessed $494.02 and $494.02 in court costs and fees in those two cases, but never made a payment on either balance.

  1. This guy has the hair of Janet Solberg. That’s not a good thing. There must be a play involving a Satyr somewhere he can audition for.

    1. Most guys would love to have hair, no matter whose hair it looked like. My mommy said if I didn’t have anything good to say, then I better keep quite. Just sayin…

  2. Ahhhhhh shit let him out, he didn’t understand he was on probation and the 1000.00 bill he owed someone will pay it. Give him a slap on his peepee and send him on his way.
