University of Northern Iowa junior forward Seth Tuttle has been named to National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) District 16 First Team.
The NABC announced today the NABC Division I All-District teams for 2013-14, recognizing the nation’s best men’s collegiate basketball student-athletes.
Selected and voted on by member coaches of the NABC, these student-athletes represent the finest basketball players across America. The 252 student-athletes, from 25 districts, are eligible for the NABC Coaches’ Division I All-America teams.
Tuttle led the Panthers in scoring (15.4 ppg), rebounding (8.0 rpg) and blocks (1.1 bpg). Tuttle was also named to the All-Missouri Valley Conference First Team prior to the MVC Tournament last week. Tuttle had seven double-doubles on the season, including a 17-rebound, 15-point effort against Southern Illinois (3/7) in the quarterfinals of the MVC Tournament.
