According to a report from the Iowa State Patrol, 35-year-old Lenora Darrah was northbound on Highway 63 about a mile south of Denver, Iowa at about 6:55 AM on January 4th when she lost control of her 2006 Ford van due to ice on the road. The van entered the east ditch, rolled once and came to rest on its wheels.

Darrah was taken to Allen Hospital in Waterloo with undisclosed injuries. She said Saturday via social media that “This sucks! I want to be home snuggling with my baby Steve Darrah!”

Denver, Iowa Fire and Rescue assisted the Iowa State Patrol at the accident scene.
