MASON CITY – Shortly before 9 pm on Thursday, July 19th, Mason City Police Officers responded to a report of a naked man standing outside a house at 823 15th Street South East. As a result 39-year-old Jay Donald Paulsen who lives at 232 6th Street South West was cited on a simple misdemeanor count of public intoxication.
Paulsen was booked into Cerro Gordo County Jail following the incident and has since been released.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.
