A Mason City man last week wrote NorthIowaToday.com that he was not happy about a ticket he received while parking downtown just west of the Park Inn Hotel.
Now, NorthIowaToday.com has come into possession of another letter from a Mason City resident who is also upset about receiving a ticket for parking in the same parking area.
This letter, written on December 1st by Adam Gold of Mason City and addressed to the Mason City Police Department, the Mason City City Council and the Globe Gazette, is posted below:
