Clear Lake man turns self in on warrant

Edward Lee Heck, age 18, of Clear Lake, turned himself in to the Cerro Gordo County Jail late Monday night and was processed early Tuesday morning. He had a warrant for OWI; bail is $1000, Cash or 10% Cash.

Subject is innocent until proven guilty.
