April 15, 2011: Final meeting held by this date to decide what goes in the report (to the Council)
April 29, 2011: Report finished for submission to Council
May 2, 2011: Report reviewed by City staff to develop information for decisions regarding development of numbers and further report to City Council
May 24, 2011: Staff report to City Council at a work session
June 7, 2011: First consideration of action on report from staff and task force
June 21, 2011: Second consideration date if necessary
