MASON CITY – This fresh-out-of-prison Marshalltown felon was ordered to Mason City for “rehabilitation” in the hapless Beje Clark warehouse for crooks, but she skipped out, forcing the noose of justice to tighten.
Celina Marie Victor, age 28 from Marshalltown, Iowa, has been committing various crimes in that area over the years, records show, including a felony drug conviction back in 2018. She was sentenced to probation, a suspended prison sentence of 5 years, and a whopping $8,269.06 owed to Iowa courts. It took violating her probation three times before she was finally sent to prison on December 15, 2023. She was released on January 13, 2025.
Mason City police tell NIT that Celina Victor was ordered to report to BeJe Clark residential halfway house on January 13, 2025 before 1:00 PM for incarceration and her new life in North Iowa.
However, “she never reported,” NIT was informed. “MCPD applied for an arrest warrant for her that same afternoon. The warrant was approved. She was arrested on this warrant out of county.”
Indeed, Victor was arrested by Marshalltown police on February 4, 2025, when they encountered her and she lied about her identity. She made an initial appearance in court on a providing false identification information charge, pleaded guilty and now owes Iowa courts another $347.50.
Then, as Victor was wanted in Mason City for fresh charges of skipping out on her Beje Clark adventure, police told NIT that “Cerro Gordo Sheriff’s Office staff went to Marshalltown on February 6 to pick her up. She was being held down there on our warrant. She was transported back here to the Cerro Gordo County Jail.”
Victor was booked into the Cerro Gordo county jail at 8:59 PM on February 6, and remains held there on a charge of voluntary absence from custody. She waits a preliminary hearing in court set for February 17.
