Illegal alien who used fake green card to try and get job in Iowa sent to prison

CEDAR RAPIDS – A man who used another person’s Social Security number to get a job was sentenced today to more than three months in federal prison.

Juan Gabriel Xiquita-Aju, age 30, a citizen of Guatemala illegally present in the United States and residing in Postville, Iowa, received the prison term after an April 12, 2019, guilty plea to one count of misuse of a social security number.

At the guilty plea, Xiquita-Aju admitted that on July 12, 2016, he used someone else’s social security number on employment forms when applying for work in Independence, Iowa. He also used a fraudulent permanent resident card, also known as a “green card,” when he completed the employment forms. Xiquita-Aju first came to the attention of immigration officials in March 2017 after his arrest for operating while intoxicated in Allamakee County, Iowa.

Xiquita-Aju was sentenced in Cedar Rapids by United States District Court Judge C.J. Williams. Xiquita-Aju was sentenced to 106 days’ imprisonment. He must also serve a one-year term of supervised release after the prison term. There is no parole in the federal system.

Xiquita-Aju is being held in the United States Marshal’s custody until he can be turned over to immigration officials.

The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Daniel C. Tvedt and investigated by Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Enforcement and Removal Operations.

so, he gets a hundred and six days in a country he shouldnt be in…. then you give him probation to keep him in a country he shouldnt be in for even longer? no wonder they come here in droves. thereis no punishment for them. false federal documents and several types of fraud and he barely gets a slap on the wrist! outrageous, is the judge by chance of latin descent?

start injecting rfid trackers in them, we chip them then send them back. we can track them as well as generate a map with lines on it showing how they just come and go as they please, deportation sounds good til you wonder if they just enjoy the free ride home…. we should chip them like people do dogs and cats. our constitution and laws should not extend in anyway to illegal immigrants. they should have no right to any safety or protection of any sort as they are here illegally. we should be able to deal with them any way we see fit as real people and actual citizens of the united states we should be allowed to judge and condemn any illegal we find and have proof of their status.
