RURAL CERRO GORDO COUNTY – A Clear Lake woman was taken to jail weekend for drunk driving.
A Cerro Gordo county deputy stopped a vehicle on Saturday, January 13 at about 2:10 AM near 255 Street and Indigo Avenue. After an investigation, the driver, 36-year-old Kristy Jo Juhl of Clear Lake was arrested for operating while under the influence.
Juhl was taken to the county jail and soon released, pending a court date.
Records show Juhl was caught drunk driving in 2003 and 2004, both in Cerro Gordo county.
