Mason City woman caught with weed for third time

MASON CITY – A dispute at a house owned by a man arrested numerous times led to the arrest of a woman on drug charges.

An anonymous caller reported a possible dispute to law enforcement on Wednesday evening, September 9. Cerro Gordo deputies arrived at the address they were tipped off to: 15366 300th Street, owned by Monte Neubauer, who was just released on September 1 from the Hamilton county jail.  He was sent to serve a jail sentence there after he lost an appeal.

The deputy conducted an investigation and one subject was arrested for third offense possession of controlled substance – marijuana. Rosemary Salazar Ramon, age 50, was taken to jail, booked and released, pending a court date.

She must have left her meth at home. This woman has less teeth then my 8 month old baby!

She looks like she is 80 years old. I just do not understand why anyone would do that to themselves.

It’s just weed. Cmon, how about arresting some real criminals.

It is against the LAW. If you don’t want to be arrested don’t use it or have it. Not to hard to understand unless your brain is already fried.

And why wasn’t Monte arrested since it was his house?
