GARNER – A Garner woman’s felony fraud trial has been postponed for a fourth time.
Brooke Danielle Banse, age 31, has pleaded not guilty to a charge of felony C first degree fraudulent practice and aggravated misdemeanor tampering with records.
Banse was originally set to face a jury trial on June 4, 2014. However, the honorable judge James Drew has granted two continuances, and judge Colleen Weiland has granted two, as well. Banse’s latest jury trial date was scheduled for December 3 in Hancock county district court. However, Judge Gregg Rosenbladt has now approved yet another continuance, and the Banse’s trial is now set for January 28th.
