WAVERLY – At approximately 3:45 pm Deputies responded to a single vehicle accident in the 7900 blk of Waverly Road.
On arrival Deputies observed a white 1994 Honda Civic laying in the east ditch on its top. Kevin Hahn, 15, of Cedar Falls lost control of the vehicle due to icy road conditions entering the east ditch and subsequently rolling the vehicle.
Mr. Hahn was transported to Allen Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. His condition has not been released.
Deputies were assisted at the scene by the Iowa State Patrol, Janesville First Responders, Janesville Fire Department and Rasmussen Towing.
