WASHINGTON – Last week, the Department of State and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) announced partnerships with three private banks in Latin America that will make available $98.5 million in local lending exclusively for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs Roberta Jacobson stated that “these partnerships reflect the United States’ commitment to job creation, entrepreneurship, and the economic success of citizens of these nations.”
There are approximately 34 million businesses in Latin America and the Caribbean; however, many cannot grow to their potential due to insufficient access to capital. These new agreements will open $60 million in local financing in Mexico, $25 million in El Salvador, and $13.5 million in Nicaragua. Approximately 4,000 SMEs will access credit through these guaranteed loans, which will help entrepreneurs grow their businesses and create local jobs.
USAID is a U.S. Government agency that provides economic, development, and humanitarian assistance around the world in support of the foreign policy goals of the United States. USAID’s Development Credit Authority (DCA) works with investors, local financial institutions, and development organizations to design and deliver investment alternatives that unlock financing for entrepreneurs in the developing world.
How do we know these foreign governments will let businesses borrow it? They’ll just keep if for themselves.
Giving money to governments is a way for the us to blackmail them into things is all. Most countries do not want to jail pot users, for instance, but do so, so they keep getting our free money.

I read somewhere, can’t remember where, that he has space aliens captive who are going to be the leaders of his illegals army. They have been stockpiling weapons since he became president and have had our military secretly build over 10,000 super-laser guns that can destroy everything in a 1/2 block radius. He also has been trying to conceal the fact that the ACA has a mandate in it that anyone who purchases a policy through the ACA will have to get vaccinated before they can gain anything from the policy. Now with all the budget cuts they are trying to streamline the military, there is some talk in the upper ranks about them getting rid of the different branches and combining them into 1 branch. The reports sent to obama stated that a standing army below 490,000 would seriously hinder our chances of winning any war so now obama wants to cut the military to 420,000. Now does that sound like something OUR commander and chief of the United States would do? He is out to destroy OUR country using illegal aliens, terrorists, and his new army; DHS, IRS, TSA. U.S. Marshals, black panthers, gangbangers.
One thing that I have seen is that if someone has no clue what to say or is totally ignorant about a subject they think that being sarcastic or making fun of someone will make them look knowledgeable about the subject but in fact it only makes them look the fool.

maybe, the articles and the video do exist, I’ll give you that. In my opinion they are playing to a very small part of the population. The extreme right loves this stuff and I’m sure you believe it. I find it almost amusing. I don’t believe that any kind of overthrow is on the horizon. I believe that there will be a once again peaceful transfer of power in Jan. of 2017. And our life will go on. I also believe that there are some people that would love to see a call to arms of the American people to overthrow the currant leaders. But that is not going to happen. The Stars and Strips will fly over the White House for the rest of our lifetime and the life time of all my unborn great great great grandchildren.

You go to any inner-city during the day when young people should be in school and you look around you will see his army

one. These are his infantry. Then you look around for a few of the older ones dressed in fatigues, old-style camouflage
with black berets with Panther written someplace on their garments. All trying to look mean an intimidating and
threatening little old ladies, and stealing welfare checks. Some of these will be his NCOs and sub officer corps then you
have Homeland Security.These are his mainline battle troops and the logistics of moving troops and material is handled by
the TSA. His advanced shock troops are made up almost entirely of Muslims primarily black Muslim’s that like nothing more
than killing innocent people.
He has his army and is looking for an excuse to get a whole lot of people killed. That’s why most of our best and
brightest military people are out of the country because he doesn’t want to fight them. He lists veterans as domestic
terrorists and is doing everything in his power to make sure that he disarms as many people as he can. Now why would he
want to do that?
