MASON CITY – A Nora Springs man has pleaded not guilty to three serious charges.
According to records, Timothy LaPointe, the attorney for Jeremiah Corcoran, age 34, entered a plea of not guilty for his client on October 25th. Corcoran was charged with operating while intoxicated, one count of felony B child endangerment and one count of aggravated misdemeanor child endangerment after he had crashed his car on 230th Street about half a mile west of Olive Avenue on September 28th, 2013.
Logan Corocoran, age 8, and Liam Corocoran, age 3, were both injured in the accident and taken to Mercy Hospital.
An arraignment hearing that was scheduled for Wednesday morning has been canceled and not date for a trial is set at this time.

SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.
