MASON CITY – A Clear Lake woman was cited after she put her vehicle into a ditch on Mason City’s west side.
According to police, a single vehicle collision was reported Tuesday morning at 8:31 AM near Buffalo Wild Wings.
Arma Re Fouts, 66, of Clear Lake, was driving a Ford F-250 truck eastbound on Hwy 122. Fouts reported to police that she swerved to avoid a vehicle. Fouts apparently then lost control, went off the roadway into the ditch.
Fouts was charged with Failure to Prove Security Against Liability (No Insurance).
