Des Moines, IOWA — Early this morning, August 18, 2012, the Des Moines Police Department arrested 59 year-old Bobby Eugene McGee, the last suspect in the Southern Iowa home invasion in Leon, Iowa. McGee is currently being held in the Polk County Jail.
Please note a criminal charge is merely an accusation and all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
