2nd robbery suspect arrested

MASON CITY – Authorities have arrested today the second suspect in a Mason City bank robbery.

Mason City Police Investigators, Waterloo, Iowa police and FBI agents arrested Emily Elizabeth Francis, 29, of Manly in Waterloo.

Francis was arrested on outstanding warrants for 2nd degree robbery, a class C felony; and reporting a false bomb threat, a class D felony.  The warrants stem from the First Citizens National Bank robbery that occurred in Mason City on February 3rd, 2012.
