On September 29th, 2011 at about 11:00 a.m., officers of the Mason City Police Department arrested Ian Daniel Forbes, age 27, originally from Fort Dodge, Iowa.
Forbes was wanted for absence from custody from BeJe Clark Residence Facility reference possession of a controlled substance. He also had outstanding arrest warrants from Fort Dodge for theft in the 4th degree, criminal mischief in the 4th degree, burglary in the 3rd degree and for probation violation reference possession of controlled substance.
An officer spotted Forbes as he was walking in the 900 block of North Adams Avenue and he was then transported to the Cerro Gordo County Jail to be held for bond.
