NOTICE OF FLYOVER ON SEPT. 11 AT IOWA STATE CAPITOL
(DES MOINES) One KC-135 aircraft from 185th Air Refueling Wing, Iowa Air National Guard, Sioux City, Iowa will fly over the Iowa State Capitol, Des Moines, Iowa at
8:30 a.m., Sunday, Sept. 11 as part of the 10th anniversary observance for
the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.
This flyover will honor all of the men and women who lost their lives in New
York, Washington, D.C. and Shanksville, Penn. on Sept. 11, 2001,
Servicemembers killed or wounded since September 11, 2001, and those who
continue to serve.|
