MASON CITY – Police were called to a Mason City residence Saturday night after a report of gunfire.
On February 11, 2017 at approxmately 9:32 PM, Mason City Police Officers were dispatched to 1417 North Carolina Place. A caller reported that a female was outside her residence and had fired a shot with a handgun. Officers arrived on scene and eventually made contact with a female, identified as 54-year-old Darce Ostercamp of Mason City. Officers were able to take her into custody with out incident.
Ostercamp was charged with Discharing a Firearm in City Limits, a simple misdemeanor that is punishable by a fine of up to $300.00 and jail time up to thirty days.
The Mason City Fire Department, Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Office and Iowa State Patrol assisted at the scene.
She must be a republican – any lieing liberal demorat could have lied their way out – or more so blamed it on Trump! EH HAAA.
