Back in the days of my youth walking home drunk rather than driving was applauded. Now, this seems to be Mason City’s version of stop and frisk. Guys like this are harmless, why saddle them with fines and court costs that they can not pay? It just seems like piling on for no reason.

The analogy to Otis is right on.

Yeh, like this guy has $300 dollars. If he is not a danger to himself or anyone else why not leave him alone. When he wakes up he will just wander off.

Defending old drunks. How cavalier.

Every town has their Otis.

And this town has about twenty.

@Philly-Glad you appreciate it. Charity begins at home you know. I would even feel bad for you if you couldn’t help it, but there is nothing wrong with you other than you are lazy and opinionated without anything to back it up.

Now that is funny, stripped your gears pretty good on that one, Peter is not sure if he should say thank you or F you.

Stay thirsty my friend.
