ROCKWELL – Voters in Rockwell went to the polls Tuesday to fill a vacancy on the city council.
Larry Wentz was elected over three other candidates, with 45.4% of the vote. Mark Lowe was second with 22.4%. Lee Gossweiler was third and Mark Waite was fourth. Wentz was already serving on the council on an interim basis.
Wentz works at Rockwell Co-op Telephone Association.
Is it just me, or are we seeing more elections going on throughout the year. Why not have only two elections a year?
