KOSSUTH COUNTY – A Northern Iowa man was caught with illegal guns and drugs after a house raid.
The Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office executed a valid search warrant on 06-30-2022 at 348 Ripley Street in Titonka for narcotics and firearms. Deputies arrested and charged Eric Johnson, age 55, with the following charges:
– Felon in possession of a firearm (Class D felony)
– Possession with intent to deliver (Class D Felony)
– Failure to affix drug tax stamp (Class D Felony)
– Possession of drug paraphernalia (simple misdemeanor)
Johnson was booked into the Kossuth County Jail. Records show he’s already bonded out of jail.
