meanwhile non violent offenders in possession of pot or mushrooms get prison and 5 yrs supervised release. in noway am i supporting using drugs. i would just feel safer if potheads where on the street with no felony violent record. obviously this person is comfortable being violent he will hurt someone. where is a court order for mandatory mental health checkups? maybe his victim deserves a voice in this. if the pd released a person that kidnapped someone i love at gunpoint after a month in a cushy smalltown jail i dont think id tolerate that at all. hes better off contained so is the public. what if violent ppl actually stayed locked up? then we could release non violent victims of a corrupt law system.

Gotta agree with you on this one.
