FORT DODGE – A paroled man is accused of assaulting a woman “throughout the morning” in Fort Dodge Monday morning and is now behind bars.
On June 17, 2019, at approximately 7:25 A.M., the Webster County Telecommunications Center received a 911 call from a female at 410 N 10th Street indicating that a male was going to harm her. Fort Dodge Police responded to the scene where they located the female in the alleyway who stated a male, identified as 35-year-old Carlos A. Perry of Fort Dodge, was inside the residence and had physically assaulted her throughout the morning. The female was transported to Unity Point — Trinity Regional Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries.
Officers on scene then attempted to locate and speak with Mr. Perry. They were able to make contact with him at the residence, but Mr. Perry refused to come outside. After approximately four hours of communications between Mr. Perry and officers, he exited his residence and was taken into custody without further incident.
Perry is currently being held in the Webster County Jail on the following charges:
• Domestic Assault Impeding Air/Blood Flow Causing Bodily Injury — D Felony
• Harassment 1st Degree — Aggravated Misdemeanor
• False Imprisonment — Serious Misdemeanor
• Outstanding Arrest Warrant for Violation of Parole

buckshot is cheap. be a better use of this mans time dying of a vgut shot than wasting anymore oxygen. hang him burn him at the stake shoot his worthless ass cut his throat and let him bleed out. we need to start handing oout real punishments for domestic abusers, especially the type that like to hold their victim hostage and assault them for hours. bet you hes in jail being fed and watching tv when in reality he should be naked in a cold wet dark cell, they should come into that cell every half hour throwing waste water onto him and beating him relentlessly for ten minutes at a time before electrocuting him on and off for several seconds over a 2 minute period of time. rinse and repet. he doesnt get meals he can drink the waste water dripping off his arms while hes getting beaten all this should remain constant for at least three days then they should hang him in public in front of a large group of people with domestic abuse charges. but thats just off the top of my head. personally we need to stop letting the police and courts deal with violent offenders as well as sexual offenders. the courts have a way of letting them off real light so they can make more victims so the police and courts have an opportunity to arrest and process them again and again for profit, its all about profit for our police, courts prosecuters and judges, they are all corrupt useless people that only care about money.
