On September 24, 2025, at approximately 3:30 AM, the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at an apartment at 240 Center Street in Elgin, Iowa. During a search, methamphetamine, baggies, other scheduled substances, a variation of pills, and paraphernalia were found and seized.
As a result of the home raid, 40-year-old Kimberly Denise Fisher (pictured at top) of Elgin was arrested and charged with the following crimes:
- Possession of Methamphetamine 1st Offense
-
2 counts of Possession of other Schedule substance all serious misdemeanors
-
