Lynn Christeson, 85, of Webster City died Thursday, October 2, 2025 at Van Diest Medical Center. Private graveside services will be held at Graceland Cemetery. Foster Funeral and Cremation is entrusted with the services.

Lynn David Christeson, son of Woodrow and Clovis (Peterson) Christeson, was born September 28, 1940 in Webster City. He graduated from Lincoln High School in 1958. Lynn attended UNI and General Motors Management School. On February 24, 1962, he was united in marriage to Carol Sue Riles in Webster City. Lynn played in the Al Welsh Orchestra Band for 16 years, and was a well-known businessman in Webster City operating Christeson Motors for many years.

He is survived by his children, Connie (Darrel) Huber of Kamrar, David (Laurie) Christeson of Prescott, WI, Andy Christeson of Webster City, Mike Christeson of Ankeny; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Lynn was preceded in death by his wife, Carol; his parents; grandson, David Christeson and sister, Jan Matson.

He enjoyed golfing, attending his children’s activities and sports along with many fishing trips to Lake Kabetogama, in northern Minnesota.
