RICEVILLE, IOWA – A Northern Iowa man died after his Suzuki motorcycle collided with a deer early Saturday morning.
According to the Iowa State Patrol, the accident took place Saturday, March 29, 2025. At about 1:17 AM, on Addison Avenue just south of Riceville, 47-year-old Jamie Lee Henry of Riceville was operated his 2017 Suzuki motorcycle, northbound, when he struck a deer in the middle of the roadway.
As a result of the collision, Henry died of injuries sustained in the collision.
The Iowa State Patrol was assisted by the Howard county sheriff’s office, Mitchell county sheriff’s office and Riceville Ambulance.
