CLERMONT – A Northern Iowa man was arrested after cops stormed into this rural house and accused him of illegal drug possession and child endangerment.
On July 19, 2024, at approximately 8:00 AM, the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office conducted a narcotic search warrant at 710 Mill St. in Clermont. As a result of the warrant Kobe Joseph Detra (pictured at top), 20 of Clermont was arrested and charged with:
– Possession of controlled substance Marijuana 1st offense
– Possession of drug paraphernalia
– Two counts of child endangerment
Detra was transported to the Fayette County Jail where he awaited his initial appearance and was later released on an unsecured appearance bond. The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Iowa State Patrol.
